Every people in the world definitely has their drawbacks and abilities. Task for people themselves is to make it all turn as their strenght. So is the teacher, even though he was chasing but he/she certainly has his/her drawbacks. Then, should students allowed to grade their teachers ? Did it really work or just make an impression of impolitely attitudes.

Nowadays, people have to socialize with their society. Just like a school, where there are students and teachers, they should respect and appreciate each other. How to show our appreciation? Could it be just like saying Thank you, Good Job or something else ? No. we can do that like Habit 5 Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood which written by Stephen R. Covey (1989) in "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". In 7 Habits, especially Habit 5 Stephen R. Covey told that "we have to use empathic listening to be genuinely influenced by a person, which compels them to reciprocate the listening and take an open mind to being influenced by you. This creates an atmosphere of caring, respect, and positive problem solving.". When a student grading his/her teachers, it doesn't mean that he/she doing something impolite or showing a bad attitude. It's all about examining.To make an atmosphere of caring and respect, we should listen each other, make it as our mirror and reflection, and then try to be better.

When people ask us, should students allowed to grade their teacher? It doesn't a matter actually. It's not make a distance between students and teachers. Indeed, it can become a bridge between students and teachers. Students absolutely have to learn from their teachers. But, the teachers also should to learn from their pupils. Critics, comments or sugestion, even more grades from students suppose to be benchmarks for teachers, whether their performance during class is really good or not. It can also show whether students really understood about their materials given by their teachers or not.

Learn each other, especially in a school, moreover in a class is surely needed by teachers and students. It can make a lovely atmosphere around the class. Every single person has to accept all critics, comments, sugestions and grades with pleasure and wisely. Because just wise people want to be a better individual in every their single minutes. (ayk)

What we called as "Grade Booster"

Did you ever hear young people say "I Hate Monday(s)"?. This kind of words came from the people attending school or called as students. 3 of 5 students said that they do not like homework. But, two others said that they do like homework because it is useful for themselves. Is  homework Harmful or helpful? does it really help or be an additional burden for the school people, I mean students ?.

As a human being, a student must have felt a little or a lot of loads when teachers provide additional task as homework. Homework is given to the student give impression that the estimated 7 hours of school is not enough. Physical and psychological burden can also be felt as a student’s homework lists keep growing. Indeed, if there is no homework is not named as school, but do not give an overdoses portion. Like a glass of water, if we add it continuosly it can be overflowing. Many of homework also make students become increasingly lazy as more difficult for them to determine their priorities. In terms of psychic, worst thing that could be caused by the homework is boredom, stress and frustration, and even more it can make students hate the school and hate to study. A more general problem is not the honesty of students that can arise because of too much homeworks and difficulties to complete it. This action could be cheating or doing homework in school which are not allowed.

Although there are some negative sides of the homework, homework also has positive side benefits which can also be felt by students. Homework can make students better to understand the material and can be used as a medium to practice or learn. Discipline and sense of responsibility can also be developed through the provision of homework. Students could be required to share time and began to organize their schedules well. The primary role of homework in school that should not be overlooked is as "Grade Booster" where the marks ​​produced by the students through homeworkt could affect their performance. Just like a machine that produces the product, homework can help students improve their scores when their examination's scores fall.

Is homework helpful or Harmful?. Questions like this can only be answered by each student. Mindset and paradigm greatly affect students' attitudes toward homework. Student should take the positive sides of a homework, so school performance will not be hindered by just complaining and lazy because of homework. (ayk)

Opiate of the microprocessor

The 21st century is a time when all the work look easier because of the help of microprocessor. Everything can be done with just one touch on the screen, or with the help of objects which have a key-board is none other than PC / computer. More and more portable form, now we know laptop and tablet. So, is it true that people in the days full of High Technology like today actually been addicted? Is this really be said to be helpful?.

When I type the words "Functions of computer" in google search engine, there are about 1,210,000,000 results. These prove that computer has very large role in human activity today. The benefits of the computer is very much felt by people with a high level of activity that in fact need for speed in completing their tasks. Top companies around the world are also vying to use the computer / PC technology to facilitate and simplify the process of enterprise. In addition to the world of work, computer also has a role in education. People often judge the progress of an educational institution based on technology they use. More and more sophisticated means they get a chance for best quality education. It really helps the students as well, especially about work and learning, such as completing an essay and seeking information. Besides for work, computer can also be used as a recreation, relaxation and entertainment.


Many of benefits that we can take from a computer that has brain called CPU (Central Processing Unit), but also not a few negative things that we can get. In terms of health, if we spend more time in front of a computer monitor in a day and do it every day. It could be at risk of eye disease, such as minus. Too much chat or make friends with a computer than with our real friends in the real world, can foster anti-social attitude and individualism. Too often rely job to a computer also makes the brain rarely work and dependence, whereas human brain is much smarter than the CPU.

Would have been better if each person using technology such as computers wisely. It is true that if the computer was created to facilitate the work of man. But do not let us lose the humanity because of the sophistication of computer technology itself. (ayk)

All elections should be fair, although not all will be The Winners

Often hear the words "all men are born a winner", is it true? If all be the winners, can it be said the winner truly wins if no comparison which called a loser?.

An election is a process in which multiple candidates "winners" are competing and trying to get out with the most votes from the electorate. The selection is generally based on a destination, which could be position, property, etc. In practice, the selection is very useful, especially for democratic public life. With an election, people could learn how to play politics and socializing with their environment. Democratic elections also brought a good impact for the youth, they could try to start voting for the future. The election is mechanism that was implemented and operated in the 17th century for selecting a representative. One of the main functions of the election is as people's media to argue for the continuation of a better social environment. All layers of society have a role in implementing an election. Voters and candidates are two aspects which can not be separated each other. Without voters, an election will not be able to find the results. While no candidate, an election will not run in the absence of selection. The selection is very important to make everyone concerned and sensitive to the surrounding environment. Concern here means that they join and participate to select and choose.

In an electioon, all candidates generally want to stand deliver his first speech as victor. This means that all the candidates want to be a winner. But if all could be a winner ? So where the loser ?. All candidates in the election have the opportunity and the right to be selected. But only candidate who get most voters will come out as winner. This factor is usually worthy cause damage in election. Because all candidates want to be winners, there were frauds. These are negative values of ​​an election, which indirectly educate everyone to act fraudulently. Many elections are to be weak because the rules are violated. Such the committee of election sabotage the results, money politics and the most unfortunate thing is when voters choose not objective but subjective. A time when the election is no longer in line with the main objective to select the quality, the election can be said to fail.

It all comes back to the individual. the voters, candidates and all the aspects involved in the selection should prioritize a better future and apply honesty and objectivity. In an election there must be winners and losers. Therefore choosing the right winner should not be a fraud. (ayk)

Thats Better, Being Single or Hurting each Other ?

I just did a game or somethin to do together with my classmates, didnt really know what i should call that game. the teacher gave us a yellow-sticky note and pleased us to put our name there.. I did it and i thaught that i have know everythin about that game, i have did the same game when i sat on 10th grader, and.. Bingo !! thats true !!

The rules have explained by the teacher and blah-blah-blah the game began :3
When theres "1, 2, 3 ... 26" heared, we put the yellow-sticky note and give to friend next to us and it gone like that until the count raise 26

Yah. Im actually cant hardly wait for the result at the time... and then when the yellow-sticky note back to my hand, i read it carefully and little bit confused because there were words with different font, size and order EVERYWHERE. So i've to turn left, right, back for multiple times :O and as the endin i realesed my "laugh out loud" respon the comment, message, suggestion, advice, and not rare a protest given by my friends about my self. It just attractive and since that day i felt many of confusing things walkin around my brain (mind). Should i change several or some or all things inside myself as long as all of us feel the comfort ?, haha.. but im gonna take my best effort for this case :))

Anyway, It was a pleasure for me to get some positive critics to build myself as a wanted individual by my pals :) Really needed by me, and it much usefull. So dont take any hurt-feeling for the result on your own yellow-sticky note guys, just put it in your mind as a private mirror for what we called it as "future".

... The most silly message is goes to my girl-classmate who become a part of hijaber now. Got it ? Just pleased you to looking for the answer haha :D. Anyway, the message is "pengen liat kamu punya cewek" haha LOLs.. honestly i got much of happiness by being such a single happy dearr. i'm not an anti-social or afraid to take the defiance of playing a role in a relationship. I'm (actually) a boy who has chronic-moody/bored syndrome. So i prefer on single rather than a relationship, it doesnt mean i need a mood-booster but i just afraid with a "TIRED" that will raise me in the middle of relation. It's better for me, concern for a relation later, and i dislike a group of words, jelousy, rule, ordinance, faithful or cheating, anyway. Thanks for the message, but now is not the right time :))
